The double-effect concentrator adopts one-effect heating and one-effect evaporation, and uses the secondary steam of one-effect evaporation to heat the two-effect heater, so as to achieve the result of re-utilization of heat source and energy saving. At the same time, the heat pump device and steam compressor device can also be added. Specific requirements according to the actual design requirements of users, different material properties of evaporation is not the same, and my company has professional design experience to meet the needs of various situations.
The main configuration parameters of the most commonly used dual-effect concentrator
1. The whole set of equipment includes: one and two effect heater, one and two effect evaporator, double tube condenser, negative pressure vacuum liquid receiving device and internal connection pipeline.
2. The heater adopts the form of tube heat exchange, the design pressure of tube is -0.1MPa, and the design pressure of shell is 0.30MPa.
3. The upper cover of the heater is quick-opening, easy to clean and maintain. The recovery device is a double-program tube condenser and a floor vacuum liquid collection tank, both of which are made of S30408.
4. The evaporation chamber is equipped with a large mirror manhole, light hole and multiple mirrors, which is easy to observe the material condition in the evaporation chamber.
5. The material of the equipment in contact with the liquid is S30408. The heater and evaporator are insulated with anti-aging pearl cotton or high temperature polyurethane foam. The thickness of the insulation layer is 50mm.
6. Mirror polishing of the inner surface of the container, mirror or matte treatment of the outer surface.
7. Random distribution of cleaners, vacuum pressure gauges, thermometers, safety valves and other accessories.
