Main configuration parameters of spherical concentrator
1. The equipment is composed of a main concentration tank (with jacket and insulation), a vapor-liquid separator, a condenser, a vacuum liquid receiving tank and internal connecting pipes.
2. The main enrichment tank is a ball shape formed by a single stamping, with vertical legs installed and a secondary steam outlet at the top. The tank is equipped with a sanitary quick-opening manhole, feed port, discharge port, air outlet, thermometer, sight light, sight mirror, 360° universal rotating cleaner and other functional pipe ports.
3. The volume of the equipment is 300L-1000L, which can be made non-standard according to user requirements. The design pressure in the tank is -0.1MPa, the design pressure of the jacket is 0.3MPa, and the design temperature is 140 degrees.
4. All materials are s30408, using anti-aging pearl cotton or high temperature polyurethane foam insulation, insulation layer thickness δ = 50mm.
