Single effect external circulation concentrator main configuration:
1. The whole set of equipment includes: heater, evaporator, condensation, vacuum liquid receiving device and internal connection pipe.
2. The heater adopts the form of tube heat exchange, the design pressure of tube is -0.1MPa, and the design pressure of shell is 0.30MPa.
3. The upper cover of the heater is quick-opening, easy to clean and maintain. The recovery device is a three-program tube condenser and a vacuum liquid collection tank, all of which are made of S30408 or 31603.
4. The evaporation chamber is equipped with a large mirror manhole, light hole and multiple mirrors, which is easy to observe the material condition in the evaporation chamber.
5. The material of the equipment in contact with the liquid is S30408 or 31603. The heater and evaporator are insulated with anti-aging pearl cotton or high temperature polyurethane foam, the insulation layer is 50mm thick, and the external stainless steel is fully insulated and welded.
6. Mirror polishing of the inner surface of the container, mirror or matte treatment of the outer surface, with GMP,FDA, QS certification requirements.
7. Random distribution of cleaners, vacuum pressure gauges, thermometers, and other accessories.
