Design features of liquid dispensing tank equipment:

This equipment is mainly configured with a concentrated tank, a dilute tank, a dissolving tank, a transfer pump, a titanium rod filter, a high phase, and a terminal filter. Equipped with CIP cleaning rotating spray ball head, temperature measuring hole, pressure measuring hole, explosion-proof sight light, sight glass, quick-open feeding port, etc. to ensure easy operation and reliable use. This equipment is made of SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel and complies with GMP quality standards.

1. The equipment has a vertical leg structure with upper and lower heads, which is divided into three layers of structure: inner cylinder, jacket, and insulation. The upper head is designed with a sanitary-grade quick-opening manhole, and the upper head is equipped with a liquid inlet and a sterilization port. , cleaning port, breathing port and sight glass light hole and other functional interfaces, there is a liquid outlet at the bottom, and a liquid level gauge port on the side of the tank (a backup port for a static pressure level gauge or an ultrasonic level gauge can be opened according to user requirements).

2. The container volume is 50L-10000L, the sterilization pressure is designed in the tank, and the jacketed steam heating method is used to achieve uniform heat exchange effect and fast heat transfer speed. The inner tank material is national standard S30408/S31603. The company's plates are all made of Baosteel and Each TISCO material has a warranty, and the material requirements are certified. The jacket material is S30408, and the outer skin is fully welded with stainless steel. It uses anti-aging pearl cotton or high-temperature-resistant polyurethane foam for insulation. The thickness of the insulation layer is 50mm.

3. Worm gear reducer or cycloidal pinwheel reducer adopts multi-layer paddle mixing paddle. Equipped with sanitary grade hard alloy steel mechanical seal to ensure no leakage when the working pressure in the tank is -0.1-0.4MPa, without any lubricant, ensuring no pollution in the tank.

4. The inner wall of the container is mirror polished, and the outer surface is mirror or matt treated to meet GMP/FDA certification requirements.

5. For ordinary configurations, a cleaner, pressure gauge, bimetal thermometer, and other accessories are randomly delivered.
